Caring Friends
Making quilts for our community members that need a big quilt hug!

What is Caring Friends?
Caring Friends is a group formed in the Shasta Lily Quilt Guild to make comfort blankets for those in need of one.
If someone has experienced something in their life that would make them a good candidate for our efforts... we'll have a blanket ready to wrap them up in. One very nice thing is, we are focusing here in our own community with these blankets. -So, it's possible that it could be someone you know who could use our support. For children up to age 18,  Project Linus is well stocked with blankets made especially for them. Judy is the contact person for Linus.
Who's involved?
Anyone who wants to add to the stash by donating a quilt, take part in a  'Caring Friends Sew Day, make a square,  or nominate someone in need of a blanket.

This is a wonderful way to support our community & show them that the Shasta Lilies care!
